The women receive a fair salary.

The women have good working conditions and have influence on their work and organisation.

Human rights are kept, so that none are discriminated because of their gender, race or religion.

It is required that women must send their children to school.

Production is sustainable and has as little strain on the environment as possible.

The women are taught how to avoid HIV/AIDS.

There is no children's labour as according to the UN convention on child rights.
